I downloaded the owner's Manuel and read through it again, nothing I can see that will help. The support time for Sensis is very limited as Garmin have moved on to another Map supplier and it is bad economics to support both of them indefinitely. The first link makes sure the settings on your computer are such that you can do more advanced POI loading. Browse through the "Tools" menu to "Maps" and then hit the "Info" or "About" or "?" button – it should tell you the map source (Sensis or Navteq) and version.
