I am a teacher and use this to print class materials, and I've printed about 3-4k pages... Replace theconnector if it is damaged. My suggestion would be the low voltage power supply next.

I now have double up my stock for two printers instead of one. If I remember correctly, the board is located to the right of the fuser.
